Back-to-School Guarantee: Orders placed between May 1-August 31 are eligible for extended returns through September 30, provided items are new and in their original packaging.

Return Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your StudyScreen, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is in its original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@studyscreen.co with your order number.

We’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.

Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

Exchanges

We are not offering exchanges at this time.

Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing immediately after they are placed.

Because of this, we are unable to guarantee cancellations once an order has been submitted.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it will be eligible for return under our standard return policy.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

We are unable to make changes once an order is placed. StudyScreen is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply.
